I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Le Resort and Villas, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the name alone. But this five-star property genuinely surprised me in ways I didn’t anticipate. You know how some luxury places feel almost too polished, like you’re walking through a magazine spread? This one strikes a different balance – it’s undeniably upscale with that 8.1 rating reflecting real guest satisfaction, but there’s something more relaxed about the whole experience.

The villa accommodations are honestly where this place shines. I mean, sure, the main resort areas are beautifully maintained, but if you can swing one of the villas, do it. The privacy factor alone is worth it – you get your own little slice of paradise without feeling completely cut off from everything. The pools at each villa aren’t huge, but they’re perfectly sized for a couple or small family, and the water temperature is consistently perfect (clearly someone’s paying attention to details). What really got me was the outdoor shower situation – normally I’m skeptical of these because they can be gimmicky, but these actually work. Good water pressure, private enough that you’re not worried about neighbors, and there’s something genuinely refreshing about starting your day that way.

The staff here seems to have figured out that sweet spot between attentive and overbearing. They remember your name and preferences without hovering, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re trying to actually relax. The restaurant situation is solid – not groundbreaking, but consistently good with some local touches that feel authentic rather than touristy. I particularly appreciated that they don’t rush you through meals; you can actually linger over coffee without feeling like they need your table. The spa gets busy during peak hours (typically mid-afternoon), so if you’re planning treatments, book early or go for those late morning slots that most people skip. One small thing that impressed me – the housekeeping team somehow manages to clean thoroughly without disrupting your stuff, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how rare that is. The grounds are expansive enough that you can find quiet corners even when the place is full, and there are these little walking paths that most guests don’t seem to discover. Overall, it’s the kind of place where you can genuinely unwind without constantly thinking about what you should be doing next.

  Location was good, worth a visit if you are planning a trip to the neighbouring islands – phi phi islands.

  Room was pretty decent and clean.
  We had an issue with the air conditioner and they solved it immediately.
  Note that we have stayed in the room section not in the domes (glamping).
  Plenty of shops and restaurants near by.

  This hotel is amazing. I stayed at the dome glamping, with private pool, and it’s just like the photos. Honestly, the whole space is bigger than I thought. Dome is great, comfortable and spacious, with all amenities you need. Private pool is great addition too.
  Breakfast was good enough, and staff helpful. WiFi is not the best at least in the dome area, but it works even if it’s slow sometimes.
  I would definitely come back for another stay!

  It was really beautiful hotel and private and quiet its second time we went and they even decorated the room for my birthday and did a surprise for me. We had the room with pool access it almost feels like a private pool it’s perfect. The location is good too there is a convenient store close by and nice coffee shops and restaurants too.

  Location is great in rawai with everything needed around, the room is modern comfy and super clean, staff is super nice ! (Except one rude guy at the breakfast area, but eveybody else was so friendly 🙂 its a great place to stay overall, convenient and modern

  The dome villa is amazing, you have access to a private pool and the surrounding environment is very relaxed and cozy.
  The room was also very clean, the staff was nice (although the English could be better for some of reception ladies) and the pool is also cleaned everyday.
