When I mentioned I was having trouble with the WiFi (turned out to be my laptop, not them), someone was at my door within ten minutes with a solution and a backup plan.

  The 2B apartment was really spacious, fresh and with all utilities even for a long stay. Direct access to pool. The food in bar and in restaurant.

  Great hotel with a massive swimming pool. Our rooms had a kitchenette and a washing machine which was very handy. If you have room only, you can order a delicious breakfast from room service which is pretty good value.
  The cocktail bar "Overgrown" was amazing. Had a happy hour and the cocktails were really high quality. It was barely used so we practically had it to ourselves whilst we were there. A member of staff, Focus, provided brilliant service and even swapped her night off so she was working on our last night – now THAT is service!!
  We really appreciated the policies of the hotel which are aimed at operating in an environmentally friendly manner.

  Amazing modern hotel with gorgeous pool and stylish architecture with tropical central area. Great breakfast and restaurant with chilling area by pool. Very close to a beautiful, fairly secluded private pool. Amazing rooms along with kids play zone.

  Beauty high end guests , in the “ Russian “ side of Thailand where there is beautiful beach clubs and restaurants . Best food in Thailand .

  The bath in the room was nice, I didn't hear the noise from the construction site. The hotel seemed pretty advanced. Like the fact that it's located in a remote area.
