  Место имеет преимущество, что в стороне от проездной дороги , но это и небольшой минус, т к чтобы дойти к морю надо делать дополнительный крюк, по одной дороге метров 600, по другой через поселок еще больше. По прямой до моря наверно менее 1 км , но высокая ограда не позволит пройти через засыпанную свалку. Сами апартаменты сравнительно свежие.
