Location & Setting

The thing about Panwa Beach is that it’s not your typical crowded tourist strip — it’s more of a local secret that’s slowly getting discovered. You’re about 15 minutes from Phuket Town, which gives you easy access to authentic Thai food and local markets, but far enough away that you feel like you’ve escaped the chaos. The couples who stay here really get it (they rate the location 8.0, and I can see why) — there’s something romantic about having your own slice of tropical paradise without feeling completely isolated from civilization.

The Villa Experience

Each villa is essentially your own private compound, and the room setup is more like a spacious suite that opens directly onto your pool area. The beds here are genuinely comfortable — I’m talking about the kind of sleep where you wake up actually refreshed, not just rested. What I love is how the indoor and outdoor spaces flow together seamlessly; you can literally roll out of bed and into your private pool if that’s your thing. The open-air bath situation is pretty special too, especially in the evenings when you can soak under the stars.

Dining & Amenities

The food here is surprisingly good — and I say surprisingly because sometimes resort food can be hit or miss, you know? But they’ve clearly put thought into their restaurant offerings, with a nice mix of Thai specialties and international dishes that actually taste authentic. The spa treatments are solid if you’re looking to unwind, and there’s something quite indulgent about getting a massage and then floating in your private pool afterward. Plus, parking is free and right on-site, which might seem like a small thing but it’s one less worry when you’re trying to relax.

  Where to start! The villa, the pool, the location, the staff – were all fantastic. We were looking for a peaceful get away and we got it. The local beach Ao Yon was lovely (and the beach club/restaurant “The Cove” was delightful! The villas are secluded up in the mountains – but have a driver and tuk tuk to drop you to beach and pick up when you need! The ONLY downside (which in a way is also an upside) is that you are a long way from the rest of Phuket. The traffic is bad on the island and trip times are longer to other areas

  Where do I even begin. This review is long overdue. From the time we entered, till the time we left the property we were in awe of this place. What makes Korsiri so amazing is without the doubt the villas & the property but also the staff. Every request is met with a smile. The food & cocktails served were top notch. I read a lot about insect and all but we hardly had any issues cause of them. The rooms and the pool in great condition and constantly taken care of. They’ve also got you covered with a kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks. I genuinely can’t wait to get back to Korsiri, I have fond memories of that place. It’s one of those properties that you come across in your travels that sticks with you. I know for sure this is going to be with me for a really long time :). Tip – wake up a bit early, you maybe be lucky to spot some beautiful Hornbills.

  Stunning jungle view, appropriate pool size, clean showers and toilets. Punctual room service and delicious satisfying daily breakfast. All the staff are approachable and helpful round the clock.

  Everything was exceptional; however, the cleanliness could be improved. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned properly. Although I don’t use it, it should still be cleaned thoroughly. But overall it was great stay at this property, location was great; and I really liked breakfast.
