The parking situation is genuinely hassle-free here, which anyone who’s driven around Phuket will tell you is worth its weight in gold. You can easily hop over to Nai Harn Beach or even make day trips to the islands from the nearby pier.

The Space Itself

The room — well, it’s more like a proper condo unit — gives you that pool view they promise in the name, and it’s actually quite nice to wake up to. The space feels lived-in rather than hotel-sterile, with a functional kitchen that’s perfect for making your morning coffee or preparing simple meals with ingredients from the local markets. I appreciated having a proper fridge and cooking setup, especially since Rawai has some fantastic fresh produce markets nearby. The air conditioning works well (crucial in this climate), and the Wi-Fi is reliable enough for staying connected.

  Very good location & clean appartment. It has 2 pools, 1 of them is on the roof which has amazing views.
  The staff was also very helpful & friendly and they were 24/7 there to assist.
  There’s also a security guard on the premises.

  Spacious apartment with fresh renovation, large balcony and views of palm trees. The apartment has everything you need for a long term stay. 2 good air conditioners. Special mention should be made of the high speed internet, which did not fail, and this was an important criterion as it was necessary to work. Each condo has its own wifi, so there were no problems with connection or weak signal. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Wonderful infinity pool on the roof from which you can look around the city and see the sea. The location is great if you rent a bike or car – for them, by the way, there are many equipped parking spaces and a guard on the territory. Walking distance to the pier, seafood market, enough cafes for every budget, stores. 7eleven is a couple minutes walk away, it was enough for shopping most of the time. 8 minutes by bike to the downtown, where there is everything from barbershops to fruit market and bars.

  Хороший кондик. Чуть больше чем стандартная планировка – чувствуешь себя более комфортно. Всего 35 квартир. На парковке всегда есть места. Бассейн всегда без людей. Бассейн длинный, и ещё один на крыше с классным видом во все стороны. Охрана круглосуточно блюдёт за порядком, помогает парковаться, шумных соседей плющит (один раз кто то устроил вечеринку и громко слушал Лепса).

  Небольшой уютный и тихий кондо с 2-мя чистыми и просторными бассейнами внизу и на крыше с потрясающим видом на море.
  Фото аппартаментов соответствуют действительности. Все необходимые удобства в наличии.
  Рядом с кондо живописный рыбацкий рынок Раваи всегда со свежими морепродуктами.
  Также по близости с кондо имеются продовольственные магазины (7 Eleven, Super Cheap, Lotus's Go Fresh), кафе, бары.
  Представитель аппартов всегда на связи и готов помочь решить любой вопрос.
  Единственный небольшой недостаток – отстутствие пляжей для купания в пешей доступности. Он легко решается арендой авто или байка.
  В целом, остались довольны абсолютно всем.

  Просторная, чистая и очень приятная квартира, по всей видимости недавно после ремонта. Прекрасная удобная кровать с нежнейшим постельным бельем, мы высыпались просто сказочно. Огромный и вместительный шкаф, мест для хранения хватило для всех 4 чемоданов вещей. Приятные коврики придают домашний уют. Огромная плазма.
