  Friendly staff in great location. Beaches are a few minutes away walking. 7-11 around the corner. Plenty of restaurants and street food nearby. You can borrow items for the beach if you need to: hats, bamboo mat, etc. When we stayed there was also free coffee and toasts in the morning. The room was spacious and clean, and housekeeping was dilligent.

  The room was so spacious for me and my friend. Even though we’d booked a double room as that was the cheapest option the owner arranged for us to have twin beds which was great. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh water. Locations was great, close to the beach and lots of restaurants/shops but still quiet at night. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly!

  The place is 10 min walk from the beach and the main busy street in Kata beach. There are several coffee places, restaurants, a pharmacy and a 7 Eleven in very close proximity.
