What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays even when it’s full – the layout somehow absorbs noise instead of amplifying it like some places do.

Here’s the thing about location though – you’re about a seven-minute walk to Kata Beach, which sounds like nothing until you’re hauling beach gear in 90-degree heat. But that little bit of distance is exactly why the rates are reasonable and why you can actually book a room during high season without selling a kidney. Plus, there’s this little local restaurant about two blocks down that serves the best pad see ew I had during my entire trip – the kind of spot you’d never find if you stayed right on the beach strip.   Very cozy villa. Large bed, comfortable. Large bathroom. Each villa has its own outdoor kitchen, everything you need is there. The pool was open until late/24 hours, which is an additional plus. I would definitely come here again. By the way, there is a cafe nearby called Nok. It was the first thing we tried here and it turned out to be the most delicious thing we tried.

  Amazing place! Really friendly and helpful staff. The villas are beautiful, and we were lucky enough to have a pool view. We didn't use the kitchen but it was nice to have the option, and the bathrooms were spacious & clean. Really comfortable beds! The beach is just a short walk away and with plenty of amenities nearby. The manager let us use the pool and have a shower even after checking out, before the long travel back to the UK which was so kind

  This is an amazing find if you want to enjoy the fun side of Kata/Karon whilst also being away from the madness. It's also the base to the hike up.to the Big Buddha. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and the Villa was just brilliant with it's comfort and outdoor kitchen area
