  Govert was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The friendliness and easy going personality was definitely what we were looking for before our stay. The apartment was spacious and a huge patio to peek at the ocean. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

  We enjoyed our time in Kata Top Villas. The villa has an amazing view, it's homely decorated and has a huge balcony. There's a wiFi and a smart TV. Kitchen is fully equipped.
  The place is cleaned daily and towels were replaced.
  
  It was a pleasure meeting the owner (Govert) and the old lady looking after the house is such a kind-hearted person. Both were very welcoming and very helpful.

  This first floor 3 bed apartment had one of the largest balconies I've ever seen which was perfect for lounging around and soaking up the sea views. Location was fantastic – only minutes to the beach with an array of bars, restaurants, fun water sports. Short walk to the main street for shopping + eating. Govert, the owner was great responding to any questions + issues.
