The ocean views are legit from most units – I could see the water from my balcony while having morning coffee, and that’s not something I take for granted anymore after too many “ocean view” disappointments elsewhere.

What really struck me was how quiet it gets at night. You’re literally a stone’s throw from restaurants and bars, but the building’s positioned so you don’t get the street noise that can drive you nuts. The pool area is where this place really shines though – it’s got that infinity edge thing going on, and around sunset, well, it’s pretty spectacular. I spent way more time there than I planned, just floating around and watching the sky change colors. The other guests were a good mix too, lots of couples and some families, but not the party crowd that can sometimes take over these beachside places. Staff were genuinely helpful – not just the scripted hotel politeness, but actually remembering your name and asking how your day trip to Phi Phi went. The units themselves are clean and modern, though the furniture’s a bit generic. But honestly, who cares when you’ve got that view and you’re five minutes from some of the best Thai food on the island? If you’re looking for that sweet spot between resort luxury and actual local living, this place nails it. Just don’t expect boutique hotel charm – it’s more about comfort and location, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  Location, cleanliness, features and all facilities. Everything you could think of was available in the condo – furniture, cutlery, dishes, bin bags, bottles of water on arrival, frisbees, bodyboard..you name it. Flat was handed over spotless clean and all appliances and furnishings were perfect. Beds were comfortable, lounge and wifi was excellent too. The flat is in a community set-up so has its own little mini-mart, has an onsite clubhouse. Absolutely great views from the balcony.
