My room was simple but thoughtfully set up, with this little balcony where I could actually hear the ocean if I listened carefully past the occasional motorbike puttering by. The air conditioning worked like a dream (crucial in that humidity), and the shower had proper water pressure – you’d be surprised how many places mess that up.

What I really appreciated was how the staff treated you more like a guest in someone’s home rather than just another booking number. They gave me actual local recommendations, not the usual tourist trap suggestions. One of them told me about this tiny morning market about ten minutes away where I got the best mango sticky rice – stuff like that makes a difference. The whole setup feels more authentic to how people actually live in Thailand, rather than being stuck in some sterile hotel bubble. Sure, it’s not going to win any design awards, and if you’re expecting room service and a concierge, you’ll be disappointed. But if you want a genuine place to crash while you explore the real Kata Noi area, and you don’t mind stairs (remember, third floor), this place totally delivers on what it promises without any pretense.

  The apartment is clean, spacious, and conveniently located. The owner was very helpful, even bringing us pastries when she checked to ensure we were satisfied with everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with exceptionally soft bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Kata Noi Beach, one of the quieter beaches. There’s a convenience store next door, as well as a tour and motorbike rental shop, which was perfect for us.

  Мы перепробовали все бюджетные варианты на Ката Ной, но эти апартаменты – что-то особенное. Идеальная чистота, свежий ремонт, продуманы все удобства для кратковременного проживания. Кухня со всем необходимым, большой холодильник, чистейшая душевая, отличная мебель, мягкое белоснежное постельное белье, два (!) кондиционера на одну комнату. И удивительно отзывчивая хозяйка, которая будет рада помочь вам с любым вопросом, и отлично говорит по английски! Если вы хотите экономно провести время на Ката Ной, поверьте, ничего лучше вы не найдете.
