The fridge is small but functional, and they’ve got the basics covered. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

What I really appreciated was the staff’s approach – they’re not hovering around trying to upsell you constantly, but when you need something, they’re genuinely helpful. Check-in was straightforward, no drama with the key cards or weird deposit requirements. The room itself has this lived-in feel that’s actually pretty cozy rather than sterile. Sure, the furniture isn’t brand new and the bathroom could use a refresh, but everything works properly and it’s properly clean. The bed’s comfortable enough that I slept well, and honestly, that’s half the battle right there. The air conditioning does its job without sounding like a jet engine, which is more than I can say for some pricier places I’ve been. If you’re looking for something that feels more like a temporary home than a typical hotel room, and you don’t need a concierge or fancy lobby to impress your Instagram followers, this place delivers solid value. It’s the kind of spot where you can actually relax without constantly worrying about the bill adding up.

  Location was excellent – some amazing quality and cheap restaurants within 50metres!! Short walk to beach. Room/apartment was very big and roomy – which was great. Close to everything you need – 7 Eleven and higher quality/pricier food places nearby too.

  The space was wonderful. Useful having a toaster and kettle. Nice balcony space for drying clothes or sitting outside. Location is great – right next to a great value eatery

  Great price only 600 BHT , there is no one at front you have to go past the bar and find the owner, they live in the bottom apartment. About a 12min walk to the beach , 5min to night market , 7 min to gym, there is a mini bog c and 7-11 next door, restaurants that are way cheaper than downtown Kata.

  this is a very big airy room. The air conditioning unit is too small to cope but with the four fans, it was cool enough. A great couple run the apartments and were quick to help with anything. All in all a great value for money stay.

  Good location, nice to have a fully equipped kitchenette and there are lots of resteraunts and amenities around as well as only being 20minutes or so from the beach.
