They’ve got this whole SHA Extra Plus certification thing going on, which basically means they’re serious about health and wellness protocols – you’ll notice it in everything from the air filtration to how they handle food prep. The treatments blend traditional Thai techniques with more modern wellness approaches, and the therapists actually know what they’re doing instead of just following a script. The pools have this nice flow to them too, with different areas that feel distinct without being completely separated – you can find your quiet corner or hang out where there’s more energy, depending on your mood.

What I really appreciate is how they’ve managed the whole resort experience without making it feel manufactured. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained (the air conditioning actually works properly, which isn’t always a given), and there’s enough variety in the dining options that you won’t get bored if you’re staying for more than a couple nights. The breakfast spread is solid – fresh tropical fruits, decent coffee, and they do a nice job with both Western and Thai options. Staff turnover seems low, which usually means they’re treating their employees well, and you notice it in the service quality. Check-in was smooth when I was there, no standing around waiting while they figure out their computer system. The grounds are pretty well-kept too, with enough greenery to feel tropical but not so overgrown that you’re battling mosquitoes every time you step outside. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax without constantly thinking about what’s not working or what they could be doing better – and honestly, that’s rarer than it should be these days.

  Great hotel , karon beach round the corner and on the border between karon and kata , found oudselves using karon beach but going out in kata as its a short walk to kata but 200baht up to karon centre .

  Fantastic location, right across from the beach and a short walk to another beach. Very close to bars, cafes, shops, restaurants. Big comfortable room. Good pool. Good breakfast. Brilliant friendly staff.

  Karona is an excellent choice for stay as it is next to Karon beach. You just need to walk down the slope go across the road. There are many shop as well as eateries but you need to walk to the town city center. Breakfast spread is good enough overall. Staff are mainly friendly with a ready greeting when meet up with guests.
