The kitchen setup is actually functional (I mean, you could genuinely cook a proper meal here), and the living spaces have enough room that you don’t feel cramped even if you’re staying for a week or more. What I loved most was how the balconies really do live up to the “view” part of the hotel’s name — you get these glimpses of the Andaman Sea that make your morning coffee taste better somehow.

  This is undoubtedly a place that exudes warmth and beauty. We had the pleasure of witnessing the most stunning sunsets in Phuket right from our accommodation. The landlord and his wife's hospitality and the thoughtful preparations they made for us provided a comforting embrace amidst unexpected travel circumstances. The tranquility of this location allows for a serene retreat, and the amenities are well-appointed. Moreover, shopping and dining options are conveniently accessible in the vicinity!

  The Appartment was fantastic. On arrival the floors were sparkling clean as was the entire room. The air-condition was one of the best I've used in a long time which is a great thing in Phuket. The location seemed a little out of the way at first, but we quickly came to appreciate the relief from all the noisy traffic and annoying Doof doof Tuk-tuks that it provided. There is also range of excellent restaurants on the street all within very close walking distance so in hindsight we couldn't fault it.
  Me and the family had a great time here and would highly recommend it to anyone considering.

  First thoughts on arriving at the appartment was 'Wow'. The appartment is huge, spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and well equipt with everything you need for a stay. Communication with James was excellent from the initial booking to the end of our stay. We were a family of 5, the location for us was brilliant, lovely and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of Karon beach, close enough though to the beach and all local restaurants and bars at this end of Karon Beach. The apartment was cleaned regularly with changes of linen and towels and the added bonus of having a washing machine was great.
  James sorted us a transfer from the airport which really helped, especially when arriving in the evening after a long flight.
  Easy to get to other areas such as Kata, Patong and Kamala beach.
