This three-star spot sits in a quieter part of Karon, away from the main tourist strip where the big resorts cluster along the beachfront. I mean, you’re still close enough to walk to Karon Beach (maybe 10 minutes if you don’t mind a little stroll), but you get that residential feel that makes you feel less like a tourist and more like you’re actually staying somewhere real.

The rooms are clean and practical – nothing fancy, but they’ve got everything you need without the inflated prices of the beachfront places. Air conditioning works well (crucial in that humidity), and the beds are actually comfortable, which you can’t always count on at this price point. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night. You’re tucked away from Patak Road’s traffic, so you don’t get those motorbikes revving at all hours like you do closer to the main drag. The staff genuinely seem to care about making sure you’re sorted – they helped me figure out the local songthaew routes, which honestly saved me a fortune on tuk-tuk rides. Speaking of getting around, there’s a little local market about five minutes walk away where you can grab actual Thai food at local prices, not the tourist markup stuff.

The pool area is nothing spectacular, but it’s clean and does the job when you want to cool off without trekking to the beach. I spent a few evenings there with a beer from the 7-Eleven down the road (the staff don’t mind if you bring your own drinks, which is cool). What really won me over was the location’s sweet spot – you’re close enough to hit Kata Noi Beach if Karon gets too crowded, and it’s an easy motorbike ride to the Karon viewpoint for sunset. The whole setup just works if you want a decent base without paying resort prices. Sure, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but sometimes you want a place that’s just… comfortable and real, you know?

  I want to say a huge thank to our owner of the house! We spent a wonderful vacation in this house, everything was good, from the owner himself to the organization of the living space. The house has everything you need for a family vacation, a great location, there are many good cafes and shops nearby, the beach is within walking distance. The house is clean, well-groomed, both local residents and family tourists live nearby. If you want to immerse yourself in real life, I definitely recommend this kind of house plan.

  We spent 4 nights in this bungalow, which will be remembered for a long time in our memory, as we liked absolutely everything about it.
  Location-wise, it was perfect, being just a 3-5 minutes' walk to Karon Beach. Moreover, there were several amenities nearby, such as 7-eleven, Makro, and many cafes offering delicious food.
  Cleanliness was impeccable; I would even say it was absolutely clean. The crockery and appliances were all new, and we were fortunate to be the first guests to stay in this bungalow.
  Despite its proximity to a noisy street, the place was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.
  The bungalow was an ideal choice for family holidays, and we are already looking forward to staying there again in the future.

  Бунгало расположено в 5-ти минутах ходьбы от моря. Дом чистый, со всеми удобствами, очень удобно для семей с детьми. Есть много настольных игр. Так же телевизор с ютубом, в вечернее время можно детей оставить дома, а родителям погулять в своё удовольствие).
  
  В дополнении хочу добавить, что хозяин даже позаботился о запасных батарейках для пультов дистанционного управления.

  Расположение супер 👍 в доме есть все что необходимо, вся техника, кроме стиральной машины, гель для душа, шампунь, средство для посуды, достаточное количество полотенец, конечно, не супер люкс, но для этой цены, это прям топ👍 было бы конечно еще отлично, если бы постельное белье было из хлопка, раньше не замечала, но в условиях местной жары, понимаешь, что на синтетическом постельном белье, потеешь еще больше😂 кондиционеры и вентиляторы работали исправно. Вообщем мы очень довольны, спасибо большое данному дому
