The pool area has this perfect mix of sun and shade throughout the day, so whether you’re an early morning swimmer or prefer that golden hour dip, you’ll find your spot. I actually ended up chatting with this German couple who’d been coming back here for three years straight – they said the consistency is what keeps them returning, and after spending a week there myself, I totally get it. The breakfast spread isn’t trying to be everything to everyone, but what they do make is done really well. Their mango sticky rice alone is worth getting up early for, and the coffee is actually strong enough to wake you up properly.
