What surprised me was how quiet it stays here, even when the main Karon strip is buzzing with scooters and tour groups.

The location actually works better than I expected – you’re about a ten-minute walk from the beach, which sounds like a hassle until you realize it means you’re away from all the beach vendors and noise. There’s this little local restaurant called Krua Karon (locals love it, tourists rarely find it) literally around the corner, and the staff there will remember your order after two visits. The villa staff genuinely seem to know the area too, not just the standard “go to Patong” recommendations everyone gives. They pointed me toward this small temple on the hill behind the property that I never would have found otherwise – incredible views and zero crowds. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend arriving before 6 PM since the front desk gets quieter after that. One small thing: the WiFi can be spotty during evening hours when everyone’s online, but honestly, isn’t that kind of the point of a beach vacation? The whole SHA Extra Plus certification thing might sound like marketing speak, but you do notice the extra attention to cleanliness – everything feels properly maintained without being sterile. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between having your own space and still being connected to what makes this part of Thailand special, this place delivers on both fronts.

  Great sized villa, location was good and only 10 minutes into the bars, restaurants and beach. The photos reflect what you get and I cannot fault the facilities or cleanliness. Staff and housekeeping extremely friendly. Nice pool & outdoor seating area. If we were to return to this area, we would certainly stay again! Very nice and modern and all rooms have en-suite.

  Great location 10 mins walk into the village 20 mins to the beach. Fantastic villa with 4 great sized bedrooms each with an en-suite. Excellent staff that cleaned the villa daily and were very helpful with any request.

  It looked exactly as it did in the photos, slightly better than expected. The staff were on hand to help with anything big or small and it was serviced like a hotel – towels changed, beds made, all areas cleaned which we were not expecting.

  The Villa was amazing. We had booked the Chuan Chom Villa. there were 5 of us and we had 3 bedroom with queen size beds. Nam was exceptionally helpful with all our needs. Book your bikes, car, airport transfers, taxi etc from the Vila itself. The rates are very reasonable. The Vila was quiet and the pool was great as well. They will come and clean the place daily.
