The pool area is where people tend to hang out in the afternoons, and it’s got that perfect spot where you catch the breeze coming off the water. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets in the evenings – you’re close enough to walk down to the restaurants and bars along the beach road, but far enough up that you’re not hearing every tuk-tuk and motorbike until 2 AM.

The staff here genuinely seems to know the area well, which makes a difference when you’re trying to figure out whether to rent a scooter or just rely on the local transport. They’ll actually tell you which days the Patong crowds tend to spill over into Kamala (usually weekends) and when to hit the local markets for the best stuff. I stayed here during shoulder season and the whole place had this nice, unhurried feel – like you could actually relax instead of feeling like you need to pack every moment with activities. The location gives you options too – you’re not stuck in the Kamala bubble if you want to explore, but you’re also not dealing with the chaos of staying somewhere like Patong when all you want is to decompress by the pool with a good book.

  Very nice property, the appartement is great and spacious. Very lovey staff and helpful. They’re happy to drive you anywhere and get anything for you. Location a bit far from the beach but the property is forth-it and the view is great

  The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The wooden floor is very useful for kids to play around safely. The kitchen is very practical, we cooked a few breakfast there. They have got some plates and glasses. The swimming pools are very comfortable. Also the views are amazing. The landlord is such a sweet lady, she is very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much.
  The place needs a car or motorbike to get around, you need to use apps like Grab to order stuff. But you can also ask landlord to help also for a ride to the beach or bus stop.
  All in all, we had good time there.
