The name had me expecting some sort of Cuban-themed place with loud colors and salsa music, but honestly, it’s much more understated than that. This three-star spot has this quiet confidence about it – like it knows exactly what it’s doing without needing to shout about it.

I mean, when you see a 9.7 rating, you start wondering what the catch is, right? But after spending time there, I get it. The staff actually remembers your name after the first day, which sounds small but makes such a difference when you’re dragging yourself back after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms aren’t huge – this isn’t one of those sprawling resort complexes – but everything feels purposeful. The beds are properly comfortable (and I’m picky about mattresses), the shower pressure is decent, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The air conditioning works quietly too, which is something you don’t appreciate until you’re in a place where it sounds like a jet engine all night.

What I really loved, though, was how the place felt during different parts of the day. Mornings are peaceful – you can actually hear birds from the windows, and the breakfast area gets this lovely natural light that makes you want to linger over your coffee. The evening vibe is completely different but equally nice; there’s this relaxed energy where guests end up chatting in the lobby area without it feeling forced or awkward. The location works well too – you’re not stuck in the middle of tourist chaos, but you’re not so far out that getting anywhere becomes a project. I walked to several local spots without breaking a sweat, and when I needed to venture further, transportation was straightforward to figure out. Parking was actually hassle-free, which honestly surprised me. The whole experience felt… well, easy. Not in a boring way, but in that “everything just works” way that lets you focus on enjoying your trip instead of dealing with hotel drama.

  The property was absolutely beautiful. It’s a new property. It’s above a really great café and restaurant at night. They usually have a little live entertainment for us. It was just down the main street from the market that’s on Mondays and Thursdays, which is an an amazing market. It’s about a 10 minute walk to The beach straight down the street so again for us. It was perfect. I didn’t wanna stay right on the beach and have to hear all the nightlife go on all night long so we got to go to the beach and then walk over to our hotel hotels on a great street with a lot of restaurants and Places to say everything you need curtains speak highly enough about the hotel and the owners in the staff were some of the nicest people most amazing staff that I’ve stayed at in a long time we’ve stayed all over Asia. If you don’t wanna stay right on the beach, then this is the best hotel to stay at price was terrific as well. By the way, the doors were secure with a code to be able to get in so not anybody can just walk in and out free breakfast in the morning that’s one of the better breakfast around.

  Amazing Service, the hotel crew are outstanding. We stayed there during the New Year’s Eve, we got a bottle of wine and a board of cheese. There were so kind. Note – the bed is something unbelievable, so good.

  The staff is beyond amazing, they will make sure that your stay is pleasant and comfortable. They will do many little things to make your stay unforgettable, all based on what you need.
  
  The a la carte breakfast is something you will never want to miss – there is both variety and quality. They will also provide you with a room service at your request. The restaurant's lunch and dinner menus were great too!
  
  The hotel and the rooms are very clean, so you never need to worry about the hygiene. The hotel is newly built, has digital doors and the rooms are equipped with AC, TV, drying fan, coffee maker, kettle and a mini-fridge.
  
  The hotel is near multiple restaurants, supermarkets, laundry services, traditional massage parlors and street vendors. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach.

  Good morning to all of us traveling!! Traveling is always better when we find high-quality hotels at a price that fits any budget. Well, Kamala Havana meets all the requirements, in my stay of almost two months in Thailand so far I have been to several places, many of them with high prices and quality leaving something to be desired. However, I was lucky to find this place completely new. In its facilities, I found all the comfort, quality, and safety I needed. The hotel has a great location, with markets, pharmacies, and convenience stores very close by, and with a short walk in a straight line, we reach the best point on Kamala beach, with the best restaurants, a really excellent location. So if you're looking for a modern place, with the best internet I've had here in Thailand so far, it's worth staying here! The cleanliness of the place is another highlight of the hotel and the staff made me feel at home, the rooms are very large with excellent free space. I'm really happy with my choice 🤗. The best value for money I've found so far. I booked two nights and ended up staying longer, as I felt super comfortable and welcomed at this hotel.

  Проживание в отеле было прекрасным. Персонал очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный, в номере чистота, вкуснейшие завтраки, предоставляются пляжные полотенца. Номер просторный с небольшим балконом. Расположение в 10 минутах ходьбы от пляжа, рядом хороший пункт аренды байков, кафе с русской кухней, магазины. Хозяйка была очень внимательна и предоставляла все для комфортного проживания, помогала советами и отвечала на вопросы о местности. Отдельно хотел бы поблагодарить Pla, эта женщина совмещает все возможные должности, она была крайне заботлива, всегда готова помочь, всегда в хорошем настроении, благодаря ей я чувствовал себя как дома.
