This isn’t your typical hotel room — we’re talking about a proper three-bedroom villa that feels more like staying at a friend’s really nice place than a commercial property. The layout actually makes sense, which I can’t say for every vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Each bedroom has its own character, and the main living area opens up to those garden views I mentioned. The whole place has this relaxed, residential vibe that couples seem to absolutely love — I mean, I can see why it gets such high marks for romantic getaways.

Location Perks

Here’s what I really appreciate about the location — you’re close enough to Kamala Beach that you can walk there without breaking a sweat, but far enough up the hill that you escape the noise and chaos. The beach itself is honestly one of the better ones on this side of Phuket, less crowded than Patong but with enough going on that you won’t get bored. When you want to venture out, the main strip with restaurants and bars is maybe a five-minute walk downhill. Coming back uphill after dinner is a bit of a workout, but nothing too dramatic.

Amenities That Matter

The swimming pool is probably the villa’s best feature — it’s not huge, but it’s perfectly positioned to catch the afternoon sun while you’re looking out over the gardens. I spent way more time lounging there than I expected to. The villa comes with all the practical stuff you need too, though don’t expect resort-style service or a fancy spa — this is more about having your own private space to unwind. The recent guests who rated the location so highly (8.6 out of 10) definitely knew what they were talking about.

  Villa was beautifully decorated, and well equipped with kitchen equipment. Lots of towels and very comfortable beds. Pool area was great with nice seating and loungers. Owner responded immediately to our request to help with programming TV, and when we left the keys inside.

  Villa très agréable à vivre et bien située.
  Chouette piscine, place de parking privative, air conditionné parfait.
  Serviettes de bain et de plage très agréables.
  Hôte très réactif et à l'écoute des demandes (par exemple, nous n'avions que 3 verres et après lui avoir envoyé un message, nous recevions de nouveaux verres dans l'heure qui suivait).

  Отличная вилла, чистая, комфортная. Ещё не уставшая. Бассейн большой и чистый. Вся посуда и техника в наличии, в том числе и блендер). При заселении оставляли залог, который нам вернули в полном объеме без вопросов. Есть туалетные принадлежности, но буквально на 1 раз. Есть барбекю, стиральная машина и парковка.
  Рекомендую, если вам не принципиально расстояние до пляжа, и вы любите комфорт и уединенность.
  Имейте ввиду, что это комплекс вилл, но шумных соседей не было.

  Danke an Martin und Christina für die Villa!
  Sie ist sehr sauber und komfortabel, wir waren wie zu Hause, viel Licht, sauberer Pool. Besonders gefreut haben uns die ausziehbaren Moskitonetze, sehr wichtig in Thailand finden wir. Im Freien ohne Mücken zu schlafen, war wirklich wunderbar.
  Die Lage ist optimal für diesen Preis, wenig Verkehr, der Strand ist 13 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
  Der Strand von Kamala ist meiner Meinung nach sehr familienfreundlich, dort wo Kinder sich Wohlfühlen. 10-15 Meter Wasser bis zum Knie. Del mar und die Smile Bar sind das Hauptmerkmal dieses Strandes, alles ist auf höchstem Niveau. Ein weiteres zusätzliches Merkmal ist der Markt, Obst und Meeresfrüchte, zu Fuß erreichbar, etwa 10 Minuten. Alles ist immer frisch!
