The three-star rating might make you think it’s basic, but the rooms are actually pretty solid – clean, air conditioning that works (and trust me, you’ll appreciate that in the Phuket heat), and decent Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every five minutes. The bathrooms aren’t huge, but they’re functional, and the water pressure is better than some fancier places I’ve stayed at.

What I really liked was how the staff seemed to actually care about making your stay work out. Check-in was smooth, they helped me figure out the best way to get to some of the quieter beaches nearby, and when I needed a motorbike rental, they pointed me toward a guy who gave fair prices instead of trying to steer me toward some overpriced tourist trap. The pool area is nothing spectacular, but it’s clean and usually pretty quiet during the day – perfect if you want to cool off without the whole beach scene. And honestly, for the price point, you’re getting solid value. I’ve seen places charging twice as much that don’t deliver half the comfort or service. The location really works in your favor too – you can walk to plenty of local restaurants that actually serve decent Thai food instead of the watered-down tourist versions, and there’s a 7-Eleven basically right around the corner for all those little things you inevitably forget to pack. If you’re looking for a place that handles the basics really well without breaking the bank, this spot delivers.

Hotel in Phuket booking should be done early, especially during high season when the island hosts internationally celebrated beach parties and cultural festivals at Patong Beach and other iconic locations.

  Good location – very close to everything you need: 7-Elevens, souvenir shops, restaurants (we recommend “Sushi Nikko 2 and the Thai” restaurant right next door), and the beach

  Sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and loved our time here. Spacious room, good en suite and shower, really convenient location (about 5-10 min walk to beach) and friendly staff. We got our washing done here too and they kindly returned it to us the very same day.

  The women who runs the place is amazing, super friendly and helpful. We were in really late (way past check in time) and she stayed up for us to let us in, didn’t even worry about money until the morning. She also arranged for our travel to Koh Lante for a decent price. It also does laundry and tourism services downstairs.
  
  Would definitely recommend this place for a reasonably priced comfortable stay in a good location, far enough away from the strip but cheap taxis to where you need to go.
