The staff genuinely seems to remember your name after day one (and I’m terrible with names myself, so I notice when others are good at it). The pools – and there are several – never feel crowded because they’re tucked into different areas of the property. You can find your spot whether you want to be social or just disappear with a book for the afternoon. I spent way too much time in the infinity pool that overlooks the gardens, and well, let’s just say the sunset views from there are pretty spectacular. The spa is another standout – they use local ingredients in their treatments, and you can actually smell the difference when they bring out those fresh herb blends. Room service arrives faster than you’d expect, and the food stays hot, which honestly surprised me given how spread out everything is. With an 8.5 rating from other guests, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s noticed these details. Look, it’s not perfect – the WiFi can be a bit spotty in some of the more secluded villa areas, and if you’re the type who needs to be constantly connected, that might bug you. But if you’re looking for a place where you can actually unwind and feel like you’re somewhere special, this is it.

  The hotel has a huge territory full of green plants, the Splash pool area is super cool and chilling. The room was clean and the staff was kind enough to prepare some towel cake for my birthday. The breakfast had a lot of tasty options, eggs benedict were wonderful, though some options ran out fast and were not filled in a timely manner. Transportation on the hotel grounds by golf cars was good and we usually didn't wait for more than 5 min for the car (except check-in and check-out times). I would recommend this place if you want to relax and chill near the pool area full of greenery and enjoy some quietness. We had a room with garden view, so it was quite during the day and night. Nice coconut toiletries provided. Despite a lot of small animals like geckos around, no one squeezed into our room 🙂
