The kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped – I managed to make decent coffee in the mornings and even threw together a simple dinner one night when I was too tired to venture out. The living area has this lived-in comfort that hotels sometimes miss, you know? Sure, the furniture isn’t Instagram-perfect, but it’s the kind of cozy where you can actually relax without worrying about messing something up.

What I appreciated most was how quiet it gets at night – something you don’t always expect. The walls seem solid enough that I wasn’t dealing with neighbor noise, and the windows actually block out street sounds pretty well. The Wi-Fi held up fine for video calls (I had a few work things to handle), and there’s decent natural light throughout the day. Check-in was straightforward too – no complicated key cards or confusing instructions, just simple and functional. I’ll be honest, the bathroom could use some updating and the air conditioning takes forever to actually cool things down, but these aren’t deal-breakers for the price point. It’s got that 7.7 rating for good reason – solid, reliable, just not flashy. If you’re looking for somewhere to actually stay rather than just sleep between tourist activities, this apartment-style setup gives you room to breathe without breaking the bank.

  Stayed at this place for a couple of nights. Everything is fine. We quickly found the sign on the front of the building. Check-in took three minutes. Everything is clear and fast. They upgraded the room to a larger one for free, for which special thanks. Everything in the room works well, the furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. Clean linen and soft towels. There is drinking water, shampoo and shower gel. On the ground floor there are washing machines for 30 baht, which is convenient. There is parking in front of the façade with a watering can (you can wash your bike). The room was quiet, despite the fact that the road was nearby.
  
  Wonderful and hospitable hostess. Thanks to her for everything.
  
  Across the road are 2 7/11 stores and other supermarkets. Pharmacy and many eateries. Fruit market.
  
  We liked everything very much, we want to come back next time.

  Отличное расположение, быстрое заселение, в пешей доступности магазины. Чистые номера, на кухне есть микроволновка, холодильник, чайник, вода в кол-ве 2 бутылок ежедневно, также в ванной имеются душевые принадлежности. Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал!

  Проживание в Isayarada Apartment оставили самые лучшие воспоминания.
  Мы жили в семейном двухэтажном номере😍, чистый, светлый, свежий ремонт, было всё необходимое: кухня, кондиционеры, бесплатный wifi, полотенца, шампунь
  Встретила нас сама хозяйка Nui, очень доброжелательная и отзывчивая🥰. Она помогла с арендой байка, а когда уезжали заказала такси.
  Хочу особо отметить, что в отеле есть стиральные машины, что очень удобно, можно вечером спокойно постирать дома!
  Огромное спасибо Nui, за тёплый приём 😍. Всем советую этот отель, по всем вопросам обязательно обращайтесь к Nui🤗.

  לצערנו לא קיבלנו את החדר לפי ההזמנה שלנו.הגענו מאוחר לדירה שהייתה בקומה עליונה ,שהיינו אמורים לפי ההזמנה לקבל קומת קרקע כי בעלי סובל מהבירכיים.
  בעלת המקום לא הייתה קשובה למגבלות שלנו .נאלצנו לעזוב למחרת ולחפש דירה אחרת, ולא קיבלנו את הכסף חזרה.
  המקום לא מומלץ בכלל ואין עם מי לדבר מאוד לא נחמדים.
