The lobby hits you with this warm, lived-in feeling – think mismatched vintage furniture that somehow works perfectly together, local art on the walls that’s actually interesting (not just generic hotel prints), and staff who seem genuinely happy to chat rather than just process your check-in. I mean, the front desk guy told me about three different coffee shops within walking distance and actually knew which one had the best pastries on weekends. That kind of local knowledge you just don’t get at chain hotels. The rooms themselves are comfortable without trying too hard – good beds, decent WiFi that actually works for video calls, and bathrooms that are clean and functional. Nothing fancy, but everything you need is there and working properly. I appreciated the blackout curtains because honestly, I’m one of those people who needs complete darkness to sleep well.

What really won me over was the attention to small details that show someone’s actually thinking about the guest experience. The coffee in the morning is legitimately good (not that watery hotel stuff), and they keep it going until late morning for those of us who aren’t early risers. There’s this little sitting area near the lobby where you can actually work or just hang out, and it gets great natural light during the day. Parking was straightforward – no complicated validation systems or hidden fees that surprise you at checkout. The whole place just feels… unpretentious, I guess? Like they’re not trying to be something they’re not, and that’s refreshing. The 8.5 rating makes perfect sense to me – it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but it delivers on what it promises and does it with a bit of personality.   The hotel was super nice and comfortable, Nancy was super helpful and kind, also the location of the hotel in the middle of everything (less than minute to reach the beach).

  We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is excellent, close to key attractions and amenities. The room was spacious and clean, with daily cleaning service. They even provided beach towels, which was a nice touch. The luggage storage option was very convenient for early arrivals or late departures, and the shower was large with excellent water pressure.

  Small place with just a few rooms near Patong Tower, the beach and all the entertainment is just around the corner.

  It is only a small business and more a room rent then hotel. Don't let that throw you because the BED, service, room was soo much more satisfying then I'd expected. I travelled solo, personally great for individuals as it's pretty independent.
