The staff actually remembers your name after a day or two, which sounds small but makes a real difference when you’re trying to figure out the best route to avoid tourist traps or need recommendations for where locals eat. They pointed me toward this incredible som tam cart about ten minutes away that I never would’ve found otherwise.

The lobby always smells like jasmine instead of that generic hotel air freshener, there’s actually decent water pressure in the showers, and they keep the common areas stocked with proper Thai coffee – not the instant stuff so many budget places try to pass off.   I only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful with my onward travel plans. It's very well situated in central Phuket, particularly for the Sunday Night market. And also handy for the bus station if you're heading to the airport.

  The best thing about In Phuket House is the location, it's perfect for exploring the town. We found the hosts to be very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the budget double room with no window, we found the room fine for a 2 night stay, yes it's basic but clean enough. The bed wasn't comfortable for me but that's been the case for many hotels in Thailand. I think the room is a little overpriced but your paying for the location.

  The staff members were absolutely amazing! While recovering from a recent accident in Thailand, they treated me like family, ensuring I ate well, slept comfortably, and even helped me find the best and most budget-friendly accommodations. Despite traveling alone, I never felt isolated during my recovery. Their cheerful support boosted my morale and undoubtedly contributed to my speedy recovery.
