This five-star property has that immediate “wow” factor when you walk into the lobby – I’m talking about soaring ceilings, marble that looks like it was carved by angels, and this subtle scent of jasmine that somehow never feels overwhelming. The check-in process was surprisingly smooth too, which matters more than people realize when you’re dragging luggage and fighting jet lag.

What really sets this place apart though is how they’ve managed to balance luxury with actual livability. The rooms are spacious (and I mean genuinely spacious, not just “spacious for a hotel room“), with these floor-to-ceiling windows that flood everything with natural light. The beds are the kind where you sink in just enough without feeling like you’re being swallowed whole, and the bathrooms – well, let’s just say the rain shower could convince you to extend your stay by a day or two. I particularly appreciated the blackout curtains that actually work, because there’s nothing worse than being woken up at dawn when you’re trying to recover from travel.

The dining situation here is honestly impressive, with multiple restaurants that each have their own personality rather than feeling like different versions of the same generic hotel food. The rooftop bar becomes this amazing social hub in the evenings, and the pool area strikes that perfect balance between lively and relaxing depending on what time you show up. Staff-wise, they seem to genuinely care about getting things right – not in that over-the-top, hovering way, but more like they actually want you to have a good time. Now, I’ll be straight with you about the rating situation – it sits at a 7.6, which might seem modest for a five-star place, but I think that’s actually more about expectations than reality. Some guests probably come in expecting perfection at every turn, but what you get instead is a really solid luxury experience with just enough personality to keep things interesting. The minor hiccups (maybe the wifi could be faster, or the elevator takes forever during peak hours) are the kind of things that matter less when everything else clicks into place so well.

  Nice small resort with big enough rooms. There was a kitchen in the room that was great.
  Good facilities including restaurant, pool, gym, parking.
  Many local caffes and restaurants near by so you have choice there to go at evening even if you don't have any vehicle.
  Very reasonable price for accommodation.
  Good location if you have a vehicle. Just 10-15 minutes to the beach and 5-7 minutes to center of the area – Boat Avenue.

  The place is good value for money. For that price obviously one cannot be too demanding. The aircon works, the bathroom (kinda) works, the bed is sufficiently comfortable, the fridge works, the people are friendly, there is good amount of living space, the pool is clean.

  The front of desk person on arrival was welcoming and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean.
  The fact that the hotel had a swimming pool was a bonus.
  Just around the corner from the hotel is an excellent Thai restaurant – Grilled Fish Miang Thalang.
