  Вилла находится в удалении от всего на тупиковой улице, что можно считать и плюсом и минусом. Днём и ночью очень тихо.
  Дом находится на небольшом возвышении и есть панорамные окна в одной из комнат с видом на город.
  Отличный напор воды. Ремонт свежий. Хорошее постельное белье и матрасы.
