  – Rooms are modern and clean
  – Bed/Pillows soft and comfortable
  – Owner and staff very friendly and welcoming
  – Aircon cold and clean
  – Wifi strong and worked well
  – Location is great, plenty of restaurants nearby, only a 10minute walk from the beach and party street
  – Pool is clean and has a great view, sunsets are divine

  Handy location in walking distance from the beach. Also, there are many food stalls and 7-11 around which is convenient cause there is no breakfast option.
  Everything is new and super clean, loved the facilities. The hotel is very well being taken care of. Staff is super friendly and helps in everything, thank you so much!

  Great little hotel at top end of patong, I stayed twice, first time the room was a bit sparse, nowhere to sit ,just a bed and cupboard, second time on the same floor it had a little balcony with chairs and a bench seat in the room, it's pretty modern compared to some other places, very clean ,close to the beach one block away , small but nice pool with sun beds ,all in all very enjoyable, staff were very friendly

  good location and not noisy like others hotel because Phuket entertainment until 4 am morning so if you wrong choose location you will hard to sleep but in this hotel you can sleep as well and relax
