But step inside this villa compound and it’s like someone hit the mute button on all that chaos. The pool area is where you’ll probably spend most of your downtime, and honestly, it’s designed perfectly for that. Not massive, but big enough that you’re not bumping elbows with other guests, and the water’s always crystal clear – someone’s definitely paying attention to maintenance here.

The rooms themselves have this lived-in comfort that I really appreciate. Nothing’s trying too hard to be Instagram-perfect, but everything works exactly like it should. Air conditioning that actually keeps up with Thailand’s humidity, hot water that doesn’t take forever to kick in, and beds that don’t leave you waking up with a crick in your neck. What impressed me most was how quiet it stays at night – you’d think being in Patong means dealing with street noise until dawn, but the way this place is positioned and insulated, you can actually get proper sleep. The staff runs things smoothly too, though they’re not hovering around every corner. Check-in was quick, they knew the area well enough to give solid restaurant recommendations (skip the tourist traps on Bangla Road, they’ll tell you), and when my bathroom door started sticking on day three, someone fixed it within an hour of mentioning it.

You know what really sold me on this place though? It’s got that sweet spot location where you can walk to everything Patong offers – the beach is maybe eight minutes on foot, the night markets are close enough for evening strolls, and there’s a 7-Eleven practically next door for those late-night snack runs we all end up making. But you’re just far enough from the main drag that you’re not dealing with drunk backpackers stumbling past your window at 3 AM. Actually, the whole setup feels more like staying at someone’s well-appointed guest house than a typical hotel, which I mean as a complete compliment. With a 9.3 rating, I wasn’t the only one who felt this way – and after spending four nights there, I can see why people keep coming back to this unassuming little villa.

  All the rooms had a strong air conditioning system.
  The pool was great to enjoy during the day.
  Convenient entrance system.
  Outfit with a full kitchen and dining table.
  The location was a 15 minute walk to Bangla road and street markets, however had a convenient pick up location for Grab and Bolt.
  3 great bathrooms.

  Went with Family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids), the villa was clean, it had all the kitchenette required to cook, the beds were comfortable, villa had a big smart tv for kids to watch youtube etc., the pool was small but clean and good enough for family to soak in the sun during morning. Its 5 mins tuk tuk ride to Bangla road (during no traffic) and has enough shops around to buy food stuffs etc. Will definitely recommend this villa with big families as they have 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) all the bedrooms are on level 2.

  The host was very responsive. Accommodated everything I asked for, from early check in to late check out due to my flight timing. House was really clean and the location was great. Easily can get tuktuk or if you are in the mood, can take a 10 mins walk to Patong Beach/Bangla Road. I would recommend to everyone.
