When you first pull up, honestly, it doesn’t look like much from the street, but once you step through those gates, you realize you’ve stumbled onto something special. The whole property has this laid-back villa vibe that feels more like staying at a well-off friend’s place than a typical four-star resort.

What really sold me was the pool situation – and I mean, the name gives it away, right? Each villa has its own private pool, which sounds fancy but actually makes perfect sense when you’ve got kids in tow. No more hovering around a crowded resort pool or dealing with the early morning towel rush. The pools aren’t massive, but they’re deep enough for proper swimming and honestly, after a day exploring Bangtao Beach (which is maybe a five-minute walk through the back paths), having your own little oasis feels pretty damn good. The villas themselves are spacious – I’m talking proper bedrooms, not those hotel rooms where you’re tripping over suitcases. There’s actually room to spread out, and the kitchenettes are way more functional than I expected. You know what I appreciated? The washing machine. Sounds boring, but when you’re traveling with a family for more than a few days, being able to do laundry instead of packing twelve swimsuits is a game-changer.

The staff here gets it too – they’re attentive without being pushy, which can be hard to find in this area. During high season (November through March, if you’re planning), Bangtao can get pretty hectic, but this place maintains that peaceful family retreat feeling even when everywhere else is buzzing. I actually preferred staying here over some of the bigger resorts closer to Phuket Town because you get that secluded feel without being completely cut off from everything. The local markets and street food spots are still within easy reach, and if you want to venture out to Patong or the other tourist areas, it’s doable – just not right on top of you. One thing to note: the property doesn’t have a restaurant, but honestly, with Bangtao’s dining scene right there and those kitchenettes, I didn’t miss it. Plus, there’s something pretty satisfying about having morning coffee by your own pool without having to get dressed up for the hotel breakfast crowd.

  Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gehobenen Wohnanlage mit Sicherheitspersonal an der Einfahrt. Wir waren zu zweit, dafür war das Haus groß genug. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 😊 Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Das Bett war wie zu Hause, sehr gute Matratze, findet man selten! Auto kann man in der Garage parken, alles Top! Der Pool war auch super!
