The pool area is where this place really shines though – it’s got this relaxed atmosphere where you can actually read a book without feeling like you’re at a pool party. I spent way more time there than I planned, just because it felt like the right mix of social and peaceful.

The staff here genuinely seem to care, which makes such a difference when you’re trying to figure out where to eat or how to get somewhere. They gave me recommendations that were clearly from personal experience, not just the usual tourist traps. And practically speaking, the Wi-Fi works everywhere (tested it by the pool, obviously), there’s decent storage space in the rooms, and check-in was refreshingly quick. I mean, it’s not perfect – the elevator can be a bit slow during busy times, and if you’re someone who needs to be right in the thick of Patong’s nightlife scene, you might find yourself taking more tuk-tuk rides than you’d like. But for most people, especially if you want that sweet spot between comfort and location without paying resort prices, this place just works. It’s the kind of hotel where you actually look forward to coming back to your room at the end of the day.

  Very good location, very friendly staff (Special thanks to receptionists ASHIK who helped us on our transfer to the airport, PAEPAE who offered mini shower room and NATT who made a very fast check in upon our arrival). On the day we checked out, they offered us towels for sea and a mini room for shower and getting dressed so that we could take advantage of very beautiful Patong Beach just in front of the hotel until 5 p.m.

  Everything was perfect. The hotel is located at the hearth of Patong beach. You can walk everywhere. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. They also helped us to buy island tours and we were satisfied with their quality. Everywhere in the hotel was clean. They cleaned the rooms everyday. Everything was better than we had expected. I recommend you to stay and enjoy your journey at this hotel.

  The location is great. The staff are fantastic, they couldn't do enough to help. Certainly consider visiting again. The staff put on a great show for the New Years eve party. The sitting area in the room is huge.
