Each villa feels tucked away in its own little world, with these beautiful terraced gardens that cascade down the property. The design is distinctly Thai but not in that over-the-top way some resorts go for – it feels authentic, like someone actually lives here rather than just decorated for Instagram photos.

What really got me was the attention to detail in the villas themselves. The bathrooms are spacious (and I’m talking about room to actually move around, not just technically fitting a person), and the beds – well, let’s just say I had trouble motivating myself to leave for sightseeing some mornings. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay work for you, not just going through hospitality motions. They’ll help you figure out local transportation without trying to upsell you on expensive tours, and they actually know the area well enough to give you real recommendations. I asked about a good local market, and instead of directing me to the touristy one, they pointed me toward this amazing morning market that locals actually use – complete with hand-drawn directions.

The property itself is smaller and more intimate than your typical resort, which honestly worked in its favor. You’re not fighting crowds for pool chairs or waiting forever for service. Breakfast gets busy around 8:30, but if you’re an early riser like me, you’ll have the place mostly to yourself. The pool area stays pretty quiet even during peak hours, probably because of how the terraces break up the space naturally. One small thing – if you’re someone who needs to be walking distance from major shopping or nightlife, this might feel a bit removed. But if you’re looking for a place to actually relax and reset, with easy access to explore when you want to, it hits that sweet spot perfectly. That 9.1 rating really does reflect the experience – it’s the kind of place where small thoughtful touches add up to something genuinely special.

Hotel in Phuket booking should be done early, especially during high season when the island hosts internationally celebrated beach parties and cultural festivals at Patong Beach and other iconic locations.

  Light, clean, spacious, modern, and amazing staff! Housekeeping were fabulous and the whole team couldn’t have been more helpful! The only thing missing for us was a hot tub.

  The villa was very spacious. The view from the villa is picture perfect, can't get board from the very scenic view of the ocean, mountains and the sky. If you do get board then they have a great shuttle as well to get around kamala.

  The villa is even more charming in person, with ample space that's just perfect for a family of seven. Everything you require for cooking is readily available, save for the ingredients, of course. Additionally, there's a dishwasher provided, though you may need to buy your own tablets. The staff communication was prompt and efficient, with a warm welcome awaiting us upon our arrival at the villa. For added convenience, meals and massages can be arranged at the villa for an extra charge. However, the surrounding area has plenty of cafes and restaurants, with the Memory Cafe particularly just 5 mins down the road.
