Parking was surprisingly easy too – and free, which honestly saved me more money than I expected over a week-long stay. The noise levels are pretty reasonable considering it’s not tucked away in some quiet residential area. Sure, you might hear some street sounds if you’re a super light sleeper, but nothing that decent earplugs can’t handle. I’d definitely come back here, especially for longer stays when having that extra space and kitchen setup really pays off. It’s got that sweet spot of being comfortable and reliable without any unnecessary fuss.

  Nice family run hotel. Daily housekeeping with towels changed daily. The owner and the staff are super nice. The owner is always there, so he keeps his eye on everything. Therefore the housekeeping is immaculate and the property is kept clean and in really good shape. Pretty quiet location with about 15-20 minutes walking to the Patong beach and Bangla road. Enough parking for motorbikes, not sure about cars. I like that the beach towels are different sizes – smaller and bigger ones depending on which one suites you better – if you just go to the nearest beach, or travel to the further ones. They've got an in-room kitchen with pans, utensils, so you can cook in the room. So it was a really pleasant stay overall.

  Location very convenient . Room quiet and as I have requested on a high floor . Good service , good atmosphere and the host was very nice and helpful .

  Nice big comfortable bed with good quality linen, room was large, aircon worked great, lots of power points, kitchenette was handy and were able to cook meals, great water pressure and temperature in shower. Room was cleaned daily if needed.

  The staff were always friendly and helpful. We loved the layout of the room! The location was mostly out of reach of the noisy streets, but close enough to go visit different places etc. (We were happy to walk) They were careful to clean the room every day for us. We stayed quite a while and it felt like a little haven from the hustle and bustle of Patong at night.

  Plenty of places to eat, carts and a wonderful night market nearby. Nice pool and lobby area. Plenty of options for walking around but no sidewalks.

  The room was nice, clean and smelled good. The room was comfortable, kitchen was a nice tool to make our own breakfasts which is what we wanted and the room was nice and quiet. The hotel owners/staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. They had beach mats, towels and it is conveniently close to lots of excellent food places and the beach.

  Located in the center of Patong but at the end of a dead end road, so very quiet rooms. Great owner. Good value for the price..
