If you want to venture out for some authentic Thai food (skip the hotel restaurant for dinner, trust me), there are these amazing little local spots tucked away in the side streets just behind Rat-U-Thit Road that most tourists never find. The hotel’s concierge actually gave me solid recommendations, which was refreshing. And honestly, being this central means you can easily grab a tuk-tuk to explore other parts of the island – Old Phuket Town is maybe twenty minutes away and totally worth the trip for the street art and coffee shops.

What sealed it for me was the pool area. It’s not massive, but it’s perfectly positioned to catch the afternoon breeze, and there’s something really satisfying about taking a dip while watching the organized chaos of Patong life happening just beyond the hotel grounds. The whole experience felt balanced – you get that tropical resort feeling without being completely disconnected from the actual energy of Thailand.
