The air conditioning works (which, let’s be real, is half the battle in Thailand), and the beds are surprisingly decent. What really got me though was how the staff just… knew things. Like when I mentioned wanting to catch the sunset at Promthep Cape, the guy at the front desk didn’t just give me directions – he told me exactly when to leave to beat the crowds and where to grab the best som tam on the way back. That’s the kind of local insight you can’t fake.

The location is actually pretty clever when you think about it. You’re walking distance from Karon Beach – maybe eight minutes if you’re not in a hurry – but you’re also close enough to hop over to Kata if you want a different scene for the day. There’s this little family-run restaurant right around the corner that does incredible green curry (the kind that makes your nose run in the best way), and honestly, I ended up eating there way more than I planned. The guest house itself has this sort of tropical garden courtyard thing going on – nothing fancy, but it’s nice to sit out there in the evenings with a Chang beer when the heat finally breaks. Sure, you’ll hear the occasional gecko chirping and maybe some street noise during the day, but that’s just Thailand being Thailand. For what you’re paying and the genuine warmth of the place, it’s hard to complain about much of anything.

  The hotel is in an excellent location, three minute walk to the beach.
  There are many bars and restaurants very close by.
  The hosts are very helpful and friendly.
  Rooms at the front of the hotel are best, as they have a balcony.

  Sehr sauberes, geräumiges und stilvolles Zimmer. Das Bad ist sehr modern und hat sogar eine Regendusche! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war einfach und stets zuverlässig.

  Номер был как на фото! Думала, что возможно будет различие, как обычно в турецких гостиницах, здесь же было как на фото! Для гестхауса отлично! Недалеко от пляжа! Администрация гостиницы очень вежливые! При въезде берут депозит, но потом возвращают. Номер по приезду был чистый, работает кондиционер, были все принадлежности, холодильник и всё прочее. Рядом на этой же улице есть тоже гестхаусы и бары внизу. Бывало шумно, но для нас было не критично. Мы сами отдыхали, гуляли по ночам, поэтому нас особо не смущал шум от бара недалеко. Убирают в номерах каждые два дня, нас предупредили при въезде. Заезд с 2 часов дня, но нас пустили пораньше, мы прилетели очень рано. За ранний заезд не брали денег. Выдают ключи и «пропуск», потому что с 2х ночи или бывает раньше, гестхаус закрывают, чтобы посторонние не заходили. Лестницы немного крутые, но в целом, особой помехи не было. Советую.

  Очень хорошее расположение, очень милый и приветливый персонал, девочка на ресепшене сделала наше пребывание максимально комфортным. Тихий и милый отель, расположен в вайбовом месте, на улице много баров, но это никак не мешает пребыванию, до пляжа Карон идти 5 минут, шума от дороги нет совсем. Рекомендую этот отель.
