You know what caught me off guard about Emerald Pool Villa? The name actually makes perfect sense once you see the property – there’s this gorgeous natural pool area that honestly does look like an emerald when the morning light hits it just right. I mean, I’ve stayed at plenty of places where the name is just marketing fluff, but this four-star gem really delivers on its promise.

The villa itself has this relaxed, almost residential feel that I wasn’t expecting. When I first pulled up, I actually wondered if I was in the right place because it looks more like a private estate than a typical hotel. The staff greeted me like I was visiting family – none of that stiff, overly formal hospitality you get at some places. Check-in was refreshingly simple, and they actually remembered my name throughout the stay (which, let’s be honest, doesn’t always happen even at fancier spots). The rooms are spacious without feeling cavernous, and there’s this attention to detail that shows someone really thought about how guests would use the space. The bathroom setup is particularly well done – you’ve got plenty of counter space and the shower pressure is exactly what you want after a long day.

But honestly, it’s that pool area where you’ll probably spend most of your time. The water temperature is perfect year-round, and the surrounding landscaping creates these little pockets of privacy where you can actually relax without feeling like you’re on display. I noticed they keep the pool area impeccably clean without being intrusive about it – the maintenance crew seems to work some kind of magic because I never saw them but everything was always pristine. The seating areas around the pool have proper cushions (not those thin, uncomfortable ones some places cheap out on), and there’s enough shade if you’re not a full-sun person. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays even when other guests are around – the layout just naturally minimizes noise. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent without being hovering, and that 9.5 rating starts to make sense when you experience how smoothly everything runs. It’s the kind of place where you can genuinely unwind, whether you’re planning to explore the area or just want to disappear for a few days.

  We liked absolutely everything. This is by far the best place we stayed in Phuket. The villas was perfectly clean, very comfortable with spacious rooms and all necessary amenities. Beds were extremely comfy, bed linen exceptionally clean. Lovely garden, nice pool. Very convenient parking slot. Very close to everything that one might need. 5 minutes drive to one of the best beaches. Literally a stone's throw to cafes, restaurants, massage and whatnot. We really loved the villa and would highly recommend it.

  Прекрасная вилла, с отличным расположением и очень удобной планировкой. Спальни расположены в разных концах виллы, поэтому вы не будете чувствовать неудобство, если путешествуете компанией. Есть все необходимое из посуды и техники. Менеджер всегда на связи, включена уборка, чистка бассейна. Мы провели чудесные 8 дней здесь и обязательно вернемся еще
