The air conditioning works like a dream too, which is crucial because even with the sea breeze, it gets pretty sticky here by midday.

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to genuinely know the area – not just the tourist trap stuff, but actual useful information. When I mentioned wanting to find some decent pad thai that wasn’t tourist-priced, the front desk guy immediately directed me to this little place about a five-minute walk away that I never would’ve found on my own. The location is honestly pretty smart too – you’re close enough to walk to Bangla Road when you want that full Patong experience, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the noise until 3 AM every night. I could actually sleep with the windows cracked open, which is saying something for this part of town. The building itself feels solid and well-maintained, none of that slightly sketchy feeling you sometimes get with budget-friendly places around here. Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with luxury touches, but everything works properly and feels clean, which is really all you need when you’re spending most of your time exploring anyway.

  Small apartment building, cute and exactly what you need. The location is very convenient close to the beach in Patong and the central area and at the same time very quiet. The staff is very nice and attentive.

  Приветливая хозяйка Aniya приготовила нам подарки при заселении – фрукты, печеньки, свечки. Регулярно осведомлялась о комфорте проживания, нужна ли какая-то помощь. Соседи не беспокоили, проживать было комфортно. Сами апартаменты недалеко от главной дороги, торгового центра, ночного рынка и пешеходной улицы – расположение очень удачное. В то же время тихо и спокойно. Есть бесплатная подземная парковка!
