This four-star property sits tucked away on a quiet soi in Bang Tao, and there’s something refreshingly low-key about the whole setup. The free parking right on site was a relief too, especially since finding a decent spot near the beach can be a real headache in this area.

Location That Actually Makes Sense

Here’s what I love about the location — you’re close enough to Bang Tao Beach that it’s an easy walk, but far enough from the main tourist strip that you don’t hear motorbikes revving at all hours. The couples I met there seemed to really get this balance, and honestly, I can see why the location scores so well with guests. You know what’s great? You can actually walk to some decent local Thai places without having to navigate the chaos of Cherngtalay’s main road. There’s this little family-run som tam place about five minutes away that most tourists never find.

The Apartment Setup

The room I stayed in was more like a proper apartment, which makes sense given the name. The kitchen wasn’t just for show either — it had everything you’d need if you wanted to cook up some of those fresh ingredients from the local market. I mean, the space felt lived-in rather than hotel-sterile, and after a few days of resort dining, being able to make my own coffee in the morning was honestly a game-changer. The balcony overlooked the pool area, nothing spectacular, but pleasant enough for an evening beer.

Amenities and Atmosphere

The pool area is where this place really comes together. It’s not huge, but it’s well-maintained and usually pretty quiet during the day. There’s no fancy spa or elaborate facilities, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want. The staff at the front desk were genuinely helpful — not just going through the motions, but actually giving useful advice about getting around Phuket. One guy there helped me figure out the best route to avoid traffic heading to Patong, which saved me probably an hour of sitting in a taxi.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea if you’re expecting resort-style service and daily housekeeping. But for couples who want a proper base to explore from — especially if you’re planning to rent a scooter or car — it’s actually pretty ideal. The 7.8 rating feels about right; it’s solid without being flashy. The fact that recent guests rated the location so highly (8.9) tells you something real about how this place works in practice. You get space, independence, and a genuinely good spot in Bang Tao without paying resort prices. Sometimes that’s exactly what a trip needs.

  We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well equipped we loved that it has a washing machine. Everything was extremely clean. Unfortunately the shower pressure was terrible didn't have a hot shower hardly at all!. The pool was amazing. The Buffet Breakfast was good. We received amazing service from our waitress. Jeap. I think? We also loved the Authentic Thai Food & Cocktails at the Take Away Caravan & Cafe next door, for Breakfast Lunch & Dinner. It was amazing quality & value. The Free Shuttle Bus Service to the local village was very efficient. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again. Just hoping they get the hot water system sorted!

  Equidistant between the beautiful beach & restaurants and Boat Avenue. Cheap tuk tuk rank immediately outside and a good breakfast pop up about 20metres away

  A wonderful apartment! It is very spacious, two bedrooms, big kitchen, big bathroom, and a cosy living room with a cute balcony. Everything looks new, the design is modern, the place is very clean. Air conditioning is great, water pressure and temperature is great. For those who like to cook: kitchen has a lot of appliances and utensils.
  The apartment building is part of the Diamond resort so there is access to pool (which is large and beautiful) and gym. There is also a nice restaurant with a wide selection of dishes there, both Western and Asian cuisine. The area is not too busy, it's quiet there but some 10 minutes away from it (on foot) life is very active: a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars. Even some apparel stores, beauty saloons, etc. There are at least two big supermarkets with a lot of imported food within 10-15 minutes of walk. We took walks to the beach (which is around 10 minutes away on foot) where we found some more restaurants and a really nice beach club. We'd recommend it for a short- and a long-term stay both!

  Fräsch lägenhet, bra utrustat kök. Ett plus att tvättmaskin fanns i lägenheten då vi hade varit 2,5 vecka på annat håll.

  酒店有洗衣机和厨房设施一应俱全，令我非常满意，我和我的家人们在这里度过了非常完美的几天。舒适的厨房让我感到非常超出预期，非常好的体验。除了去海滩要走路15分钟以外，购物什么的比较方便，但是需要走10到15分钟。非常推荐一家人长时间住在这里。
