What really impressed me though was how the service felt genuine rather than scripted. I mean, you don’t hit numbers like that by accident – that’s the kind of score that comes from consistently exceeding expectations on the small things that actually matter to guests. The check-in was smooth, they remembered my name without constantly checking their computer, and when I had a question about local restaurants, the recommendations were spot-on (definitely not the usual tourist traps). It’s that kind of place where you can tell they’re genuinely invested in making sure you have a good experience, not just processing you through their system efficiently.

  Spacious, quiet, secure, comfortable unit; shady veranda . Pool facilities and gym. Great location 5 mins walk to lovely Nai Yang beach and restaurants and food trucks on beach. Host very welcoming and left us supplies for breakfast and was very helpful and friendly.
