The space itself has this clean, modern vibe without being cold – think lots of natural light, decent-sized rooms that don’t make you feel like you’re living in a shoebox, and a kitchen that’s actually functional (I’m talking full-size appliances, not those tiny hotel mini-fridges that barely fit a sandwich). The living area flows nicely into the dining space, and there’s enough room to spread out your stuff without tripping over suitcases every five minutes. What really caught my attention was how quiet it stays – even with neighbors around, the sound insulation is pretty solid, so you’re not hearing every conversation through paper-thin walls.

I’ll be straight with you though, this isn’t going to blow your mind with fancy extras or over-the-top service. The 7.0 rating makes sense because it delivers on the fundamentals really well without trying to be something it’s not. The building feels well-maintained, the apartment comes with all the basics you’d actually use (decent Wi-Fi, air conditioning that works, a washing machine that’s been a lifesaver), and the whole setup just works. Check-in was smooth – none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby situation. It’s the kind of place where you settle in quickly and start feeling at home, especially if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two. The location gives you that residential feel while still being accessible to wherever you need to go, and honestly, after staying in cookie-cutter hotels for years, there’s something refreshing about having your own little space with a proper kitchen and room to breathe.

  Отдыхали в апартаментах с 22 по 26 ноября. Очень переживала, т.к на момент бронирования не было ни одного отзывы.
  К счастью, это тот случай, когда реальность превзошла ожидания.
  Апартаменты шикарные, для большой семьи, а нас отдыхало 2 взрослых и 4 детей, от 3 до 11 лет это просто находка.
  3 раздельные спальни, 2 санузла с душевыми, огромная кухня- гостиная, лоджия с видом на озеро.
  Вся мебель новая, есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания.
  Мы остались в полном восторге.
  Каждые 10 минут ходит речной трамвай на пляж Банг тао, но и пешком можно дойти минут за 15.
  Пляж отличный, много деток, есть кафе, душ и туалет.
  Сам район не похож на типичный тайский, есть тротуары, много кафе в европейском стиле, в 5 минутах есть улица с магазинами Canal Village, где по выходным проходит ярмарка, там можно вкусно и недорого поесть и посмотреть шоу огня.
  Уборки нет, только за допплату, будьте к этому готовы.
  Также есть депозит и оплата электричества.
  В целом однозначно рекомендую.
  С нами на связи всегда были работники комплекса.

  Место идеально, для спокойного и тихого отдыха, в дали от шума и суеты.
