The rooms are honestly better than what you’d expect from a three-star rating. Mine had this quirky mix of modern touches and tropical elements – think clean lines but with local artwork that didn’t feel like it came from a hotel supply catalog. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathroom had decent water pressure, which you can’t always count on at this price point. What I really appreciated was the attention to small details – like actual hangers instead of those annoying attached ones, and a mini-fridge that actually kept things cold. The AC worked well too, though it does make a bit of noise if you’re a light sleeper.

Here’s what really sets this place apart though – the staff genuinely seems to care, and the common areas have character. There’s this pool area that’s not huge but feels private, surrounded by plants that look like someone actually tends to them regularly. I spent most evenings there with a book, and it never felt crowded even when the hotel was busy. The restaurant serves decent food (nothing revolutionary, but fresh and well-prepared), and they’re flexible about timing if you want to eat outside normal hours. Honestly, with an 8.4 rating from guests, they’re clearly doing something right – it shows in those little touches that make you feel like you’re staying somewhere special rather than just checking a box for accommodation. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a retreat than a standard hotel, and you don’t need all the bells and whistles of a luxury resort, this might be exactly what you’re after.

  The room was super spacious and clean. It was away from the crowds it was really quiet and calm. There’s a 7-Eleven About three minutes, walk away which was good. And you’re only about five minute walk away from local street Food market.

  This is hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed at! The area is so quite however soo close to all the main attractions literally a 5/10 min walk from patong beach! There is a 7-11 just round the corner and quite a few restaurants
  The owner of the property is amazing always made sure everything was okay and checked up on us
  They also do a lovely home made breakfast every morning! The rooms are stunning with a massive walk in shower

  Ein schönes großes Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick aufs Meer.
  Wir fanden es super einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer zu haben. Wobei hier noch kleine Löffel gut gewesen wären.
  Schöner Streetfood-Markt unten an der Straße.
  Supermarkt in der Nähe.
  Schöne Anlage.
