I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Dalaa 7, I wasn’t sure what to expect. It sounds a bit mysterious, doesn’t it? But after staying there, I get it now. This four-star spot has this understated confidence that really grew on me during my visit.

What struck me right away was how the staff actually seemed to know what they were doing. You know that feeling when you walk into a place and everything just… works? That’s Dalaa 7. The check-in was smooth (no awkward waiting around while they figure out their computer system), and honestly, the lobby has this warm, lived-in quality that feels more like a well-designed friend’s place than a sterile hotel. The lighting is spot-on – not those harsh fluorescents that make everyone look terrible, but something softer that actually makes you want to linger with a coffee or drink.

The rooms are thoughtfully put together, and I mean that in the best way. Someone clearly spent time thinking about where you’d actually want to plug in your phone or how much counter space you need in the bathroom. The beds are properly comfortable – not too soft, not like sleeping on concrete – and the air conditioning actually works without sounding like a jet engine all night. I appreciated the blackout curtains too; they’re the real deal, not those flimsy things that let in every streetlight. The bathroom setup is practical without being fancy for the sake of it, with water pressure that doesn’t leave you standing there wondering if something’s broken. What really won me over was the attention to small details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The WiFi is solid throughout the building (I tested it, trust me), and there’s enough storage space that you’re not living out of your suitcase the entire time. The housekeeping team keeps things genuinely clean without being intrusive – they seem to have figured out that perfect timing where you never feel like you’re in their way or vice versa. The breakfast situation is well-handled too, with options that go beyond the usual sad continental spread, though it’s not trying to be some elaborate buffet production either.

Look, with an 8.8 rating, this place is clearly doing something right, and after spending time there, I can see why guests keep coming back. It’s not the flashiest option you’ll find, but it’s the kind of place where everything works the way it should, the staff treats you like a person rather than a room number, and you end up sleeping better than you expected. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  The property was beautiful. Off the Main Street so it’s nice and peaceful. It’s right in the streets where Kamala residents live so it’s a great insight into the lifestyle in Kamala. 5 minutes from convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, laundry services, bike rentals etc. and approximately 15 minutes to Pa Tong by car. The owner Frank was lovely and takes immense prides in his resort, from the entrance right through to all villas the gardens are just gorgeous. Resort is well-maintained and the staff are so happy there. Alam especially. He checked in everyday to ensure our stay was immaculate and that all our requests were fulfilled. One phone call to Alam and our transfers, activities, bike rentals, and housekeeping were sorted. My mum also had trouble leaving the villa some days due to limited mobility and Alam was able to organise to have a driver bring her breakfast from the Coffee Club. He really went out of his way to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to visit Phuket and not wanting to stay in the hustle and bustle of Pa Tong. Great value for money and great amenities. 5/5 stars

  We recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Dala7 in Kamala Beach, Phuket. We were absolutely blown away by the beautiful pool and the super clean villa.
  
  The villa with the private pool is spacious, surrounded by lush greenery and well-appointed . The decor is modern , stylish and the furniture is comfortable . There’s three bedrooms that are all ensuite and have queen-size beds and flat-screen TV , while the bathrooms have walk-in showers and one of them has a bathtub. The villa also has a large living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Only a toaster was not available.
  
  The pool is the highlight of the villa. It is surrounded by sun loungers and The water is crystal clear. We spent hours swimming, lounging in the sun, and playing games in the pool under the rain. It was the perfect way to cool off and relax after a day of exploring.
  
  The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are always happy to help with anything you need especially Alam, He is incredibly friendly and helpful, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure that guests have a great stay.
  
  I would highly recommend Villa Dala7 to anyone especially Muslim families whose looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Kamala, Phuket.
