The free parking is clutch if you’re planning to rent a scooter or car to explore — and trust me, you’ll want to.

The Suite Experience

The junior suites are where this place really shines, and I mean that — they’ve managed to create spaces that feel genuinely spacious without being cavernous. Mine had this great little seating area that became my morning coffee spot, and the bedroom setup actually gave you room to spread out your stuff (you know how hotel rooms usually force you to live out of a suitcase). The bathroom was modern enough to feel fresh but not so sleek that it felt cold. What I really appreciated was the attention to lighting — there were enough options that I could actually read comfortably in the evening, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong.

Bang Tao Beach itself is this gorgeous stretch of sand that somehow manages to feel both expansive and intimate. The water’s that perfect turquoise you see in photos, and the beach never felt overcrowded during my stay — even on weekends. There’s something magical about having your morning coffee and then being on the beach within minutes, no shuttle buses or long walks required. The beachfront restaurants nearby serve up solid Thai food with your toes in the sand, and honestly, some of my best meals happened at these casual spots rather than the fancier resort restaurants down the coast.

I can absolutely see why couples rate this place so highly — there’s something about the scale and atmosphere that just works for romantic getaways. It’s not so big that you feel lost in a crowd of families and tour groups, but it’s not so small that you feel like you’re staying at someone’s house either. The suites give you space to actually spend time together without feeling cramped, and Bang Tao Beach has this perfect mix of activity and tranquility. You can be social when you want to be, but you can also find quiet spots to just enjoy each other’s company. Plus, having that parking sorted means you can easily explore the island together without dealing with taxi negotiations every time you want to venture out.

  A landlord gave full information and instructions. He was very friendly and helpful.
  Photos are realistic.
  We found different kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc. You can cook easily.
  There are clear towels, bed sheets, different bathroom accessories.
  You have excess to the pool.
  In my opinion it's perfect place for comfortable staying.

  The apartment was great but just lacked some information. Would have been good to have details of the nearest supermarket and also where other places were. We found out by asking reception but some kind of welcome book in the apartment would be good. Other than that I can’t fault it we had a lovely stay and if the information had have been there it would have got excellent for everything.

  It's a really nice little apartment (not a hotel) and the owner tried really hard to accommodate us by letting housekeeping know we were coming for our honeymoon which meant the bed had some really cute decoration on it when we arrived. The pool is also quite nice.
