The shower had decent water pressure too, which – trust me – isn’t always a given at this price point.

What really won me over though was the attention to little details that matter when you’re actually staying somewhere. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout the building, there were enough outlets near the bed (miracle!), and they had blackout curtains that actually blocked light. I stayed during what turned out to be a pretty busy week in the area, and while you could hear some street noise during the day, it quieted down nicely at night. The housekeeping was consistent too – fresh towels, beds made properly, none of that half-hearted cleaning you sometimes get. Honestly, for a mid-range spot, they seem to have figured out that it’s these practical things that make or break someone’s stay. The 7.6 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow you away with luxury, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. If you’re looking for solid, no-fuss accommodation that won’t drain your travel budget, this is definitely worth considering.

  For me it was a good location lots of restaurants in walking distance the staff are helpful and friendly nice clean room great value for money I'd have no problem staying at Cozy Residence Nanal again if I go back to Phuket

  Quite good location, a little off from all the nightlife, beach, and so on. Parking spots were available, and 7/11, scooter rental, restaurants just around the corner. Rooms big, with balcony and good service. Staff was very friendly.
