What really won me over though was the attention to little details that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. The shower has proper water pressure (miracle in this part of Phuket), there’s enough storage space that you can actually unpack your suitcase, and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing on your roof.

You’re about a five-minute walk to Nai Harn beach proper, which means you get the best of both worlds – easy access to that gorgeous white sand and impossibly blue water, but you can escape back to your quiet little sanctuary when the day-trippers start rolling in around noon. The walk takes you past some local spots that most tourists never find, including this tiny coffee shop that makes the best Thai iced coffee I’ve had outside Bangkok. Parking isn’t really an issue if you’ve got a scooter, and even if you don’t, the local songthaew drivers know the area well enough to drop you right at the main road. The whole setup just works – it’s got that relaxed, residential feel that makes you slow down and actually enjoy being on vacation instead of rushing around trying to check boxes off some itinerary.

  * Great to have towels for the shower and separate towels to be used at the beach.
  * Amazing to have an Internet hot-spot device that we could use outside of the studio apartment, as we didn't have a Thai sim.

  Very cozy, clean interior. The property owners went above and beyond to provide all of the essentials. There’s a small kitchen area to make yourself food if you wish. There’s also a gym and pool in the building, which is a major plus if you want to get a workout in. Additionally, there’s a washer with detergent. The location is fantastic. There are many restaurants within walking distance (the cafe at the end of the street was great), and you’re about a 15-20 minute walk from the beach. There are also good quality grocery stores/mini marts within walking distance.

  Great little appartment with a great design and everything you could need and a nice rooftop pool. Elana the owner was very helpful. Walking distance from a few nice beaches with good snorkeling. If you want to eat excellent thai food for a very low price near the appartment, I recommend Mom Restaurant.

  Perfectly located and fully equipped studio, absolutely perfect for one person ( or maybe a couple ). Clean, well-designed, big bathroom and shower, it s a real gem in this area, inside a famous condominium. There is a fantastic coffee /breakfast spot just outside and it s walking distance from the lake ( perfect for a walk or morning run ) and the beach! I will for sure rent it again ! The host Elena is polite, efficient and very kind!

  Clean rooms with nice decor.. The shower is spacious and the space used well. Rooftop pool was nice, gym below average but most are in Phuket, location is as close to perfect for the price you will ever get, location is a major win, near beach, lake, seven eleven and restaurants all within walking distance.
