The parking situation is a real win here; they’ve got free private spots, which honestly saves you a headache in this part of town. You can walk to those Instagram-famous painted buildings in about ten minutes, but you’re far enough from the main drag that it’s actually quiet at night.

The Room Experience

My room was — well, let me put it this way — it had everything I actually needed and nothing I didn’t. The air conditioning works properly (crucial in Thailand), the bed is comfortable enough that I slept through the night, and there’s decent storage space. The bathroom is compact but functional, with good water pressure in the shower. I mean, it’s not going to blow you away with fancy amenities, but the basics are all done well.
