The rooms are on the smaller side, and the bathroom in mine had this quirky shower setup that took me a day to figure out. But the beds are surprisingly comfortable, and there’s something to be said for a place that focuses on getting the basics right rather than loading up on amenities they can’t maintain properly. The whole vibe is more “boutique” in the real sense – personal and thoughtful – rather than just slapping the word on because they have fancy soap dispensers. If you’re looking for a place with character that won’t completely drain your travel budget, this spot actually delivers on what it promises.

  Unbelievable staff.. Truly remarkable… Unfortunately I still owe the gorgeous and friendly receptionist money due to my own misunderstanding… So specifically going from Vietnam back past coco to fix up the 1 month debt. Lost 6 phones and cards decided to commit suicide before my banks decided not to help. .
  I will stay again. When going back to Oz.. And take the lovely staff who is also an amazing singer!! To dinner or something of her choice as her help was above and beyond…… I know I'm going to almost have to kidnap her because their nature to accept gifts of gratitude can be challenging. Stay tuned..lol

  In a good location and just a short walk from everything. The pictures don’t reflect current condition of the hotel and there was a ghastly damp smell throughout the room.

  We loved the location of the hotel. It is directly opposite plenty of nice eateries, convenient stores, a pharmacy, a night market, numerous massage parlors and most importantly the patong beach.
  
  The staff at the hotel are so kind and accommodating. We had a 7pm flight back to Bangkok and on request they allowed us a late checkout.
