The residence itself has this sort of homey vibe that you don’t always get with hotel chains. My room was clean and actually pretty spacious for the price point, though I’ll admit the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in the evenings when everyone was probably streaming something. The staff genuinely seemed to care – not in that overly rehearsed way, but like they actually wanted you to enjoy your stay. The woman at the front desk (I think her name was Nim?) gave me some fantastic recommendations for getting around without paying tourist prices. She told me about this local songthaew route that gets you to the main areas for like 30 baht instead of the 300 baht taxi ride.

What I really appreciated was the practical stuff – there’s decent parking if you rent a car, the AC worked properly (crucial in that humidity), and they actually had a proper shower with good water pressure. You’d be surprised how often that’s an issue at this price range. The pool area is nothing fancy, but it’s clean and quiet, especially in the mornings before the day gets too hot. I spent quite a few early hours there with coffee, planning out my day trips. It’s also super convenient for early flights – you can literally wake up an hour before departure and still make it comfortably, which saved me from those awful 4 AM hotel checkout situations I’ve dealt with elsewhere. Honestly, for what you pay and where you are, it’s a solid choice if you want to be near the airport but still feel like you’re actually in Thailand, not just some generic transit zone.

  I booked this stay over 5 months ago and became concerned about some of the negative reviews that came in during 2024. I contacted the manager in advance to discuss these issues and they assured me that their service had been improved. I was still apprehensive but went ahead with the stay. Everything ran pretty smoothly, better than I expected based on other guest feedback. The check-in time was a little late – we waited around for about half an hour (after the scheduled check-in time while they were still cleaning the house). But apart from that everything else was easy. They were always available on Whatsapp and responded fairly quickly, even in the evenings.
  The house was clean, and the linens were clean. Hot water system worked well (although water pressure was a little low). Wifi was fast and always stable.
  I found the kitchen kettle was broken and messaged the manager, and they quickly replaced it.
  The kitchen was fitted with the basics – dishwashing detergent, sponge, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, chopping board, a pot and a frying pan, as well as a couple of sachets of instant coffee. The electric hub heated up quickly so it was easy to cook food. The fridge is quite big (compared to hotels) and there was plenty of space for food.
  The washing machine located in the outdoor laundry worked well, but you have to buy/bring your own washing powder.
  Rooms were fairly spacious with plenty of natural light and the A/C worked perfectly.
  The carport was big enough to fit 1 small car and extra outdoor parking is available on a nearby laneway within the same gated complex.
  My group of friends really enjoyed their stay here. And I think if you know what to expect, and can bring your own bits and pieces that are missing, then it can be a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

  The apartment was spacious with a comfortable sitting area and a TV, perfect for relaxing. The washing machine was a big plus, allowing us to get some laundry done before heading home. The host was incredibly communicative, providing all the necessary details before our arrival, arranging a punctual airport transfer, and offering great recommendations. The location was convenient—close to the airport and just a short distance from the beach, making it ideal for our last day.

  Very clean, close to the beach and the location is good. Close to fresh market. You could take a taxi/bolt to center of Phuket. The host was helpful and friendly but didn’t speak too much English (communication is very easy if you can speak Thai). The place was very spacious and good value for the amount of money spent. Would recommend!

  The location is great! 20 minute walk (maximum) to a lovely beach area with plenty of lovely restaurants. The house is comfortable and only a 5 minute drive away from the airport!

  Double storey house in a quiet gated community. House was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Dont let the quiet neighbourhood facade fool you, there's a beach 1km away and approx 2 km away is the HKT airport. Lot of food options at the main road and at the beach area.
