The free private parking is clutch if you’re planning to rent a scooter and explore — something I’d definitely recommend.

My room was one of those pleasant surprises where everything just works. Nothing fancy or over-the-top, but the space felt thoughtfully designed with good air conditioning (crucial in Thailand’s heat) and a balcony that actually had a view worth sitting on. The beds are proper comfortable, not those rock-hard mattresses you sometimes get in this price range.

  Good location to Karon beach (but this beach has sea lice in the ocean). Room is really nice, cozy and comfortable. We booked one night then ended up staying 3 extra nights after that – all of which were wonderful. Staff is extremely kind and accommodating to the best of their ability. They require your key card to be put in for electricity so the AC turns off when you leave. However it is very well insulated and the AC units are awesome so it really didn’t bother us.
  
  We didn’t use the pools, restaurant or bar so can’t comment there.

  The property is in a great location, close enough to Karon Beach, restaurants and nightlife and only a stones throw away from Patong. Staff were super friendly and attentive to all our needs. The rooftop pool is beautiful and happy hour at the bar is awesome value.
