A decent guesthouse for its price, located very close to Phuket’s main attractions and shopping centers like Makro, Lotus, and Big C. Overall, it’s a nice place, but it feels like Russians have completely taken over this hostel, and it’s gradually turning into a dive. The crowd around is quite odd, though it wasn’t too much of a bother, except for a few nights when someone screamed all night and seemed to be summoning demons. I’d rate it three and a half out of five.

The location of the condo is very good (5 minutes by car to Central Festival and about 10 minutes to Andamanda Aquapark). In general the condo is very easy to find. Good city view from upper floors.

The building is quite new, and the area is a very peaceful one. I loved the coffee machine at the entrance where you can get very tasty and inexpensive coffee. Location was not bad if you have a motorbike.
