The Wi-Fi works consistently throughout the property – I was taking video calls from the terrace without any issues. And speaking of terraces, most units have some kind of outdoor space, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re trying to decompress after a long day of sightseeing. The housekeeping team clearly knows what they’re doing too; they manage to refresh everything without making you feel like your personal space has been invaded.

You know what impressed me most though? The staff actually remembers your preferences after a day or two. Not in that forced, overly scripted way some places do, but genuinely helpful observations – like mentioning that the local market is quieter in the mornings, or suggesting the best times to avoid crowds at nearby attractions. The property tends to attract a mix of couples and small families who appreciate having a bit more space and independence than a traditional hotel offers. With ratings consistently hitting around 8.8 out of 10 from other guests, it’s clear I’m not the only one who appreciates this approach. It’s the kind of place where you’ll find yourself planning your next visit before you’ve even checked out, which honestly surprised me given how skeptical I usually am about vacation accommodations.

  The staff were really friendly and super helpful whenever we needed help they were only a whatsapp message away. The villa looked exactly the same as the pictures, really modern and nice. We had a problem with our aircon but the staff came straight away which was really good service and we appreciate all the help we received during our stay. Will definitely come back

  Hotel staff contacted us. And left the the door unlocked for us to check in as we were arriving around 10pm.
  One of our bathroom door was not closing properly. Advised the house keeping but never got fixed.

  The cleaning crew is fantastic and the service via WhatsApp and iPad is premium and fast.
  We ordered Thai food multiple times through the service, delicious.
  
  Some tips:
  You can order the free shuttle service to go to the supermarket (Big C Market).
  The supermarket also has a pharmacy.
  You can easily go to Pathong Beach via a taxi app like Bolt, very affordable and always a taxi present within 10 minutes.

  The fact that it's still new and have all the facilities done right, impresses me and my elderly parents. Great pool, awesome master bedroom, loved the interior. Great taste in furnishings. Will definitely recommend this villa. It's even better in person. And special thanks to King for arranging the suprise for my wife.
